In the name of science, Fisherck experimented with various types of chocolate in various thicknesses before finally being able to successfully build this sweet T-rex. Is it a good idea to laser cut chocolate? Probably not. In order to assist with stability, it was necessary to add a thickener, and this coupled with the charred edges, the taste ends up negatively affected.
