Several customers have been having difficulty connecting to their laser cutters via USB after Windows Update when using Lasercut 5.3.
1. Unistall the Lasercutter driver:
- click Windows/Start
- click Settings (cog icon)
- click Apps
- "search this list" for LTUSBDrvSetup
- the choose "uninstall"
2. Reinstall Lasercutter Driver:
- Download the driver file HERE the file is an EXE and may be flagged by anti-virus software or firewalls.
- double click the file to install it
