Difficulty Connecting to Laser Cutter after Windows Update

Several customers have been having difficulty connecting to their laser cutters via USB after Windows Update when using Lasercut 5.3.

1. Unistall the Lasercutter driver:
  • click Windows/Start
  • click Settings (cog icon) 
  • click Apps
  • "search this list" for LTUSBDrvSetup
  • the choose "uninstall"
2. Reinstall Lasercutter Driver:
  • Download the driver file HERE the file is an EXE and may be flagged by anti-virus software or firewalls. 
  • double click the file to install it
